Heating & A/C

Cold air in July, hot air in January, and defrosters that actually clear the glass.

Car air conditioning fails in a few predictable ways: the refrigerant leaks out, the compressor wears, or a blend door stops sending air where it should. We find leaks with dye and a pressure test instead of refilling and hoping, because a recharge on a leaking system is gone again by August.

Heat problems usually trace back to the cooling system, and in an Ohio winter they matter for more than comfort, since a working defroster is what keeps the windshield clear. If the vents blow warm in summer or cold in January, we will test the system and give you the options before any parts go on.
